Hard Coatings
HCR - 2 is a specially designed Resin System which makes a hard film cored thermally. The coating gives mar resistance, water repellency, surface slipperiness and antifouling properties. It is mainly applied for protective coatings on the plastic
films.

Application:

Typical application is done using 'Dip" method The Film thickness could be between 1 3 micron. The Object is dried at 90 - 100 C in Oven for 30-45 minutes to get the Hard Film.
Alternately, Spray Application also could be used.

The proper Drying of the Film
The Film Thickness.

The coating done by HCR - I passes the Cross Cut Test / Adhesion and also gives Antifouling properties with High Contact Angle with water.
